Your All-Access Pass to Enjoy Great Music
The Oakland Symphony is proud to announce the launch of Hall Pass, a new program offering free access to the full concert experience for eligible community members facing financial challenges.
Symphony Hall Pass holders can receive up to four (4) FREE tickets to all Oakland Symphony performances.
Who Is Eligible?
Members of our community receiving financial assistance from the State of California, as well as Active, Guard, and Reserve Military Households. Eligibility is determined by the Department of Health and Human Services and by our partner organizations specializing in providing no-cost or low-cost services to individuals and families receiving state assistance.
Which Concerts Are Included?
All 2019-2020 concerts are available through Hall Pass, including all six season concerts and our holiday event, Let Us Break Bread Together.
How Do I Get My Hall Pass?
Individuals receiving any form of public assistance through the Alameda County Social Services agency should email Sylvia Soublet at ssoublet@acgov.org.
Active, Guard, and Reserve Military Households should email usobayarea@uso.org.
Hall Pass cards are also available from a number of our partner organizations. Click HERE to see a list of current Hall Pass Partner Agencies and Organizations. In order to receive a Hall Pass from a partner organization, you must be affiliated with the organization. If you are not affiliated with a listed partner, contact Sylvia Soublet as listed above.

How Do I Reserve My Tickets?*
Call the Oakland Symphony Box Office: (510) 444-0802, Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm. Make sure to have your Hall Pass ID number available.
How Do I Pick Up My Tickets?
Tickets are available at the Oakland Symphony offices during business hours or the Will Call window at the concert starting 90 minutes before the performance.
