Payment Terms and Non-Refundability Agreement

All advertising and sponsorship payments are final, non-refundable, and non-cancelable upon execution of this agreement. Because digital inventory, print space, and promotional assets are locked in upon signing, the parties agree that actual damages would be difficult to calculate, and this non-refundable payment represents a reasonable estimate of liquidated damages and administrative costs, rather than a penalty. In the event of a typographical or scheduling error by Oakland Symphony Youth Orchestra, the sole remedy shall be a 'make-good' advertisement or placement of equal value.
