Katherine Crabill

Emerging soprano Katherine Crabill’s most recent engagements include Yaroslavna in Russian Opera Workshop’s 2018 production of Prince Igor, and the role of Female Chorus in Britten’s The Rape of Lucretia with the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. An avid supporter of new music, Crabill premiered the role of Dasha Jones in award winning composer Sonnet Swire’s opera The Summers’ Case. She has attended the Russian Opera Workshop in Philadelphia, the Miami Summer Music Festival, and has been a member of the Lieder Studio at the American Institute of Musical Studies in Graz, Austria. Crabill received her Bachelor of Music degree from the New England Conservatory in 2016 and her Master of Music degree from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music in 2018. She is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music where she studies with mezzo-soprano Catherine Cook.
