  1. Complete and submit the application form/email resume.
  2. Qualified applicants will be interviewed by one or more team members and may be asked to submit additional work samples.
  3. The top candidate will be asked to submit a minimum of three (3) references.
  4. A job offer is made – first verbally, then in writing.
